The jury style interview

You hardly ever have two or more people waiting to interview you. Sometimes having these types of interviews can work in your favour, as it could be a fairer process by having more than one opinion one person on the panel could see something in you that the others don’t. Specific interviews

This type of interview was largely based on the explanation of your life history from school until present. Even though the interviewer reads from your application form or curriculum vitae to get your information, they still get you to explain more about what you have written. Some employers still use this arrangement.

Some employers from time to time plan job interviews in public places, e.g. coffee shops or restaurants.

Well done! You have passed the first interview and now you have been called for a second interview. This could be because they took an instant shine to you or maybe they simply can’t choose between you and another candidate. What ever the reason, now you need to shine even more.
