Petal Miller is an experienced Human Resource professional with an extensive portfolio in the People
Management and Development field. Her client base is varied, encompassing the public, private and voluntary
sectors. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, specialising in Human Resource Development.
She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Petal believes
that her role in life is to facilitate the growth and development of others.

positive changes to their lives, whether it is helping people to build new careers or to simply add

numerous bespoke programmes for organisations, particularly in staff and management development.
The programmes involved have been designed to enable the participants to achieve specific business
& personal objectives & to effectively manage change within the organisation. The core to these
programmes is the examination of real problems & solutions from the world of work. Shaping and
sharpening management practice and working with managers in using new tools to get the best
and most from their staff & teams.
