An innovative and practical programme that offers participants a tightly focused package of leadership theories, principles and practices to become more effective leaders in their roles, teams and organisation. It provides the opportunity for leaders to gain an insight into the models of leadership and extend their key skills, abilities, knowledge and experiences.

The programme is aimed at both practicing and aspiring middle managers who want to learn more about the underpinning principles of leadership and how leadership is changing as their environment changes.

Delivery Method

The programme can be delivered in-house to groups of 6 or more. Alternatively, participants can join one of our open programmes which run throughout the year.
